yesterday, i went to pasir ris park there with sheryl..

we went there to ride bicycle, take photos and have our lunch (which is only me, sheryl throw away her bread with excuses. )
we had a fun day there.. where we play with sand and sea water...

above one is the nice, beautiful scene of yesterday's outing..

the below one is where the torture really starts.. lets see...

see? my muscles starts to ache from approximately 9.30p.m

then i put 'zheng gu shui' (my dad told me to do so)

also no use.

then i pain untill 11 when the show ends, i went to sleep.

and guess what?

i am in a great pain and i pain untill 12.50a.m.

then i finally cannot take the pain anymore, i wake up,

walk to the kitchen and trying to bear the pain.

my both leg and hand muscles are in great pain

then i ate the panadol muscle and joint pain relief...

and when i was back into my room, my life began to go back to heaven....

this was the last night torture...

now, this is the morning one.

when i wake up early in the afternoon,

my muscles were no longer in pain.

i can walk jump sleep or do anything.

yesterday when i was in great pain, i sit also cannot, sleep also cannot, lie down also pain, stand up more pain, walk few steps very very pain.. i must be old liao... T.T

and this morning, i mean, afternoon, i catch a cold..

ah!!!!!!!!! and when i wake up, no one is in the house. i am god damn hungry and no one cares..

then, this thing came...

yeah!!!!!! chicken rice!!!!! thanks daddy!!!!

i love you!!!!!!! i mean chicken rice.. haha.. no lah.. daddy lah... i not so bad one right!?

ok. i gotta end this god damn long post and go and eat my chicken rice already..

hai, still need to do home work.. sian....
