on the 19th january 2009, i went to make a new ezlink card...

the reason very very simple, because i LOST my previous one T.T
i was like: "what the fuck!!!" LOL.
i lost it INSIDE the train -_-''''''
took train from plaza sing back to punggol and it some how just went missing... hai...
sad :( then end up spend money lor...
$21 for card replacement. $10 for top up.
haven collect refund, auntie super damn fierce.. T.T
she say:"when u make new card? when u call the report lost hotline? who ask u come down here to collect refund?"
cause i do my card on 19th, and call the hotline on 19th. then the counter person in hougang say collect ur refund in any ticketing office.
so i went down hougang mrt there and i saw the "ticket office"
so of course i go there take lah!
then she very fierce T.T say 7 days later then collect..

wanna complain to SBS! why find this kind of super fierce auntie! must find that kind of sweet sweet customer service lady mah! (i some how think of u sheryl.. but the "sweet sweet" part... erm... erm........)

the last time i lost my ezlink card was like, sec 1?
haha dont rmb le lah. damn long. from that time on wards i said, not to lose my card...
but.. hai....

semester break coming. problem is i got alot alot of assignments due on the same week. T.T NEED TO RUSH EVERY THING. NO NEED SLEEP LIAO T.T
